These days, I know a lot of Women who love playing volleyball and in fact many girls in some areas of our nation seem better trained and as a result some play better volleyball than the boys. For example, My daughter was raised in a town that has Girl's High School Volleyball Only. She Practiced, Trained and Played all Four Years. During that same time, she would participate in coed gym class and each year volleyball eventually would have its time in the rotation.
