Too funny. I just got another email from one of our other POD shops about another Pi Day Design at RedBubble. Looks like the anticipation for Pi Day is starting to Ramp Up. Looks like they have discovered Mudge Studios' Wanna piece of this Pi? t-shirt. This Pi Day design features a fiesty Pi Symbol ready to duke it out. That's right- if you want your piece of the Pi, then you are going to have to work for it. The images below illustrated the Pi Day design mentioned.

Well, Fall is just around the corner and yes, the days are getting shorter as the air is getting crisper and the leaves begin to turn. BUT, Something is indeed brewing. That's right- The months of September and October brings us Oktoberfest. Frogs are amphibians. The majority of frogs have long, powerful hind legs, a short body, webbed fingers and toes, bulging eyes and no tail. Frogs are of course known to be elite leapers.  Lee Dewyze of American Idol continues to impress as one of the best during Elvis Week. Adam Lambert did the honors as mentor, providing Lee Dewyze with some much needed advice. Congratulations to New Orleans! NOLA's Saints pulled off the sweet upset as they dared to take what was seemingly Peyton's birth right. Who doesn't love the under dawg? We certainly do. Kind of reminds us when our Patriots were given absolutely NO chance of beating the Rams on Sunday in the Big Game on February 3, 2002. Funny how things happen? Our Pats were announced and came into the Big Show as a team and left the Big Game as Champions...for their very first time. Guess where it all happened? That's right... The Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. Needless to say, We New England Fans hold New Orleans dear to our hearts.

On Lost, The Polar Bear Theme runs through out the Lost series as seen in Hurley's comic book, the polar bear skeleton in Tunisia, Walt's stuffed bear, also in Locke's dream and more. Anti Valentine's Day TOO!

Valentine's Day is right around the corner. As February the 14th fast approaches most of us in relationships are strongly encouraged to celebrate and commemorate said relationship with...

say some chocolates, some roses, some jewelry, a romantic dinner out or something else that may speak to your situation.

Maybe the whole thing seems...  a little  too contrived, superficial or commercial main stream? Well, that's exactly what millions are thinking and many are even starting to express- and not so quietly. Mudge Studios has been producing graphics for decades now and I was unaware that there is a cottage industry in the sale of Anti- Valentine's Day or rather- Anti- Love Gift items. Remember, not everybody in the world is currently enjoying the benefits of a healthy relationship as there are those that really hate the idea of Love, Despise Valentine's Day, are Offended by Cupid or may have even recently Just Broken Up. I learned of this when I started getting a few email requests to produce "anti V-day" themed designs almost three years ago.

Today, Mudge Studios just uploaded a variety of Anti Valentine's Day designs onto our Mudge Studios shop at Zazzle. Designs include: Our New Screw Love... No Literally Screw Love design featuring a bloody fresh heart with a Philips Head Screw plunged deep inside.  Mudge Studios also has anti Cupid gear. Cupid Sucks. Cupid is always slinging his poisonous Love arrows at unsuspecting victims.  I say Cupid deserves a taste of his own medicine. Bullseye! There, That'll teach the little bastard. Get LOST

Well, CafePress has done it again. They have secured the licensing to allow shop keepers the rights to create LOST fan gear. Of course there is a list of restrictions the forbid us to use Lost's logo, etc., but there is enough leeway for the creative to produce some fun designs. Mudge Studios has produced a variety of Lost Fan designs in a variety of locations on CafePress. The first Lost Shop can be seen at the original premium shop.

Here you'll find a Variety Of ABC Lost Fan shirts and gift items by Mudge Studios. Our first Lost design features the famous DHARMA Initiative icon with a fan graphic at the center identifying the wearer of this cool shirt as a Lost Fan. Mudge's next design features the mysterious Lost island complete with Dharma station logos. Slogans include: Greetings from Lost Island- wish you were here. Another Lost design feature's Sawyer's yummy fish biscuits and the slogan... I'm Lost, but dont look for me. Check out examples below.

Mudge also posted a unique Lost Fan design at another premium shop as a way to disperse the volume of designs. This design features a great quote from Jacob... "It happens only once. Anything that happens before that is just progress".  Mudge brought this Cool Quote from Jacob of Lost brought to life on Lost shirts and gift items with Graphics that feature the eye of Providence found on the back of our dollar bills. The all seeing eye is replaced by the Oceanic Airlines logo making this Lost design something unique. I always thought that logo looked strange. Finally a Few Vball Designs

One of my favorite sports that I participate in these days is volleyball. My absolute favorite volleyball is sand doubles... even better when played on the beach! Recently, Lately, I've really cultivated an appreciation for the indoor game. After watching the journey that the U.S. Men took to bring home the gold, I was hooked on sixes. Before that, I really only played indoor 6's to stay active during the winter months. Now, I get excited to play on Mondays in a coed league and on Thursday for pick up play.

Anyway, I had some down time while I'm waiting for a baseball project to come to fruition. I made the opportunity to design a variety of volleyball designs.
